Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as conventions, new releases, or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. PACKAGING

Every copy of Wireburn is securely packed in a 20x20x20cm corrugated shipping box. The total shipping weight per game is approximately 500 grams. We ensure your data packets are heavily shielded to survive the transit network.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship domestically across Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur with local carriers due to severe weather or regional network disruptions.)

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination zone.

Estimated delivery times for international orders:

  • New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days

  • North America (USA/Canada): 10 to 15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10 to 20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15+ business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Unknownfunction is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These fees are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the game minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

6. MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged in any way, or if your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please email us as soon as possible at contact@wireburnthegame.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate the network breach with the carrier.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
